Title: Got a bold idea for healthcare? Pitch it live at ICT&health World Conference 2027

Do you have an idea that could make healthcare better than it is today? The Most Innovative Session at the ICT&health World Conference 2027 gives innovators a stage to present it.

Anyone with a bold idea that improves health can apply: students, researchers, clinicians, start-ups and established organisations alike. You apply with a 120-second video pitch. The deadline is Friday 15 January 2027 at 23:59 CET.

An expert jury chaired by Bart Collet, with Bart Timmers, Michiel Tebbes and Geert-Jan van Hal, scores every submission on five criteria: ethical responsibility, measurable added value for health and care, degree of innovation and scalability, interdisciplinary collaboration, and presentation power.

The top four are announced on Tuesday 19 January 2027. They pitch live on Tuesday 26 January 2027 at the ICT&health World Conference in MECC Maastricht, in front of the healthcare innovation community of the Netherlands and Belgium.

There is no prize money, and applicants keep full ownership of their ideas. Purely commercial product promotion is not accepted: the session is about ideas that move health forward.
